My dear friends today we many conceptions in monetary policy involving emerging markets and trade. Keep in this policy is law if you will. In business business understand and more often straddle the law as a punt returner going down the sidelines on his way to the end zone. Often the is tweaked so as long the line touched it fair game. Was this a good analogy. With that being said US Dollar sustainability at these levels reflect a number of things in emerging markets. For one Earths blood is getting higher as the globe observed a shift in policy. And the price of gas is at the pump is higher causing dollar weakness. Second the libor rate remains the same this go round. Also recognize “trade war” I don’t like this term trade war is always seemed to be between US and BRICS. Well understand that the EU is flexing and pushing its weight around. This economies breakdown doesn’t depend much on the aluminum and steel that threaten other economies therefore other nations exposed to these imminent threats will draw down emerging markets.
